The members of our firm are admitted to practice law in the State and Federal Courts in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. We also represent clients with matters in Administrative hearings and Professional Licensure issues. Our trial practice also takes us to the Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation Court, the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents, The Rhode Island Family Court and the Massachusetts Probate & Family Court; as well as Boards, Agencies & Commissions; Regulatory Boards and Municipal matters as well as arbitration matters through the American Arbitration Association. Members of our firm have also served as arbitrators in civil matters as well as Court appointed Guardian Ad Litem for personal injury settlement approval hearings.
We are an aggressive litigation team committed to providing our clients with outstanding service; our clients obtain legal guidance that’s efficient and effective. We strive to deliver effective legal representation in all phases of civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution – including mediation / arbitration - or trial, and through the appellate process. Additionally, we strive to provide proactive legal advice and strategies in order to prevent unnecessary litigation and/or position our clients in the most advantageous posture if litigation is required.
Greg is a graduate of LaSalle Academy’s class of 1982. Immediately following graduation, he completed infantry basic training at Fort Benning, GA. He served in the US Army Reserve in a cold weather infantry unit while attending Providence College, where he entered and completed the ROTC program. He worked full time in addition to attending Providence College, graduating in 1986. Daryl E. Dayian is a principle at the law firm of Carrrara Dayian P.C. Mr. Dayian has been a member of the Bar of the State of Rhode Island since 1993.
